To satisfy your hunger, we bring you The Appetiser, a half day workshop that explores current trends and reveals best practice in hotel food and beverage.

We sleep once a day. We eat and drink 3 times or more. Food and beverage is an integral part of hotel customer experience, whether that’s in room after a long day pounding the pavement between business meetings, the lobby bar meeting fellow travellers before exploring the city, or the local restaurant around the corner that’s respected by tourists and locals alike.

Done well, food and drink can enhance guest experience and contribute to the overall desirability and economic viability of a hotel asset. Done badly it can deter repeat visitation and become a distasteful cost centre for owners and managers.

The Appetister is a new workshop that explores emerging hotel food and beverage trends affecting hotel operators in the Asia Pacific.
